Oksana Babadzhanova joined Lightstone Solutions in 2010. Ms. Babadzhanova has ten years of experience as a global immigration paralegal for various well-known U.S. law firms including Littler Mendelson and Fragomen Del Ray Bernsen & Loewy and has significant experience in the following fields: International and Domestic Investigative Due Diligence; Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Compliance Consulting; Gaming Regulatory Compliance; EB-5 Investment Consulting; Immigration matters; and other compliance and regulatory consulting matters.
Ms. Babadzhanova manages a caseload of complex international due diligence cases for clients doing business in over 50 countries located in Africa, Australia, Asia, Central America, Europe, Middle East, North America and South America as well as various offshore jurisdictions. Ms. Babadzhanova also consults to firms wishing to attract EB-5 investment and entities having needs in immigration processing for inbound and outbound matters. Ms Babadzhanova also assists EB-5 investors in all aspects of their application process.
As a native of Kazakhstan and arriving in the United States as a refugee from Russia in the 1990s, Ms. Babadzhanova is able to draw on first-hand experience and knowledge that brings about a high level of commitment to our clients as well as aids her in being an integral part of the Lightstone team.
